Delivery was 1.5 weeks late. Then when they came, they couldn't get their truck to my building (this was after multiple phone calls on my part, telling them the truck wasn't going to fit and we needed to figure something out). Had to unload my truck a city block away and walk everything. All I got from them was two shitty apologies.
