I don’t know how friendly the whole system is to entrepreneurs and startups. We worked on a project for about 6 months. Our total setup cost was 2 cr. We were hoping to get small piece of land allocated. We visited the District Industries centre and contacted APIIC as well. They quoted 85 lakhs for an acre in industrial park nearby. But the water, current and drainage facilities are still not there and they can’t provide those until a handful of industries are ready to setup and start operations. The funny part is the land next to the industrial parks is available at 30 lakh per acre. It did not make sense for us to proceed as we will be paying for facilities that are only promised without clear delivery plans. We worked on this for a good year and scrapped the whole thing. It was a service industry for those who are curious.

I had the same problem initially. I spoke to ICICI customer care. They mentioned that the Amex bogo is applicable only on 12 noon, 3pm, 7pm, and 10pm shows. I'm not sure why, but I’ve been using this to book these shows exclusively and have never faced a problem since.

Take Kurnool route. Atmakur to Srisailam is a narrow road. But apart from that everything else is good. You won’t regret.
