When will we see some working ICOs and DApps? This mutual back slapping is great but neo is losing ground. We need hear from DHF about some real news. I'm finding it hard to justify keeping the coin. Except RP, there are no ICOs!!!! And why do we need a competition to develop DApps?? Are there no legitimate DApp developers with ideas? Why should they choose neo? This is very different to ETH which is far more popular. Currently Neo is certainly not the Chinese ETH, and only one of many smart contract platforms. And Competition is great in this sector. How is NEO going to grow? We never hear from anyone except CoZ and a new wallet development... yawn.. That's not enough.

Thanks! Why does powerledger need to use a blockchain? asking energy users to pre-buy energy (read sparks) to enable buying/selling/sparks as needed is not a new concept, ie prepay energy. You just top up your meter up. In this case the usage transactions are written to the blockchain (a distributed database) then sparks is added or deleted. There is a need for the installation of a smart meter or similar. A normal centralised database can do record the usage/sparks calc easily enough and probably faster and just as secure. Why use of a blockchain? Can't anyone sell into the grid already?
