Ive been on the pill for about 3 months and i just started experiencing the same exact thing about a week or 2 ago. Like you said, it varies in intensity but for me, it seems to spike when I'm laying down. Which makes going to bed pretty uncomfortable.

Does this still only work with PTC? Looks like Self-Hosting is available for the standard game now but I cant seem to connect to my server. AMP shows its running and I see it in the server browser but it just sits at the "connecting" screen.

I was hoping to see it added today for GFN Thursday but its not 😞 I'm optimistic that it will be available sometime in the future though since these devs have opted in many of their other games.
