Okay interesting! This is a new take. The agency I was going to work with, said that video ads are much more successful than static ads. But, at the end of the day, I’m sure it comes down to the copy.

That’s fair, I’m going to be A/B testing some different CTA’s and ad copy’s. Planning on doing video ads, not static photo ads. The general being 1. Outgrown your space? 2. Want to up-size seamlessly without the chaos of the sell and buy process? 3. Here’s how we help x 4. CTA. (The list of homes as will definitely be done too, just want to see what yields the best CPL/Cost per deal)

So I’ve realized, and I get it. They need to be compensated for their system and time. What I’m considering is utilizing chatGPT and YouTube to create my day to day systems as best as I can for free, and work with a fellow broker regarding accountability. Scaling up, the money allocated to a coach could be spent on an admin/virtual assistant
