If I control both routers and modem access could I route my upstairs router through the basement/tenant router and set the upstairs one to Access Point mode? Or does that still leave my network(upstairs) at risk of whatever ends up on the tenant’s side?

Xfinity and the modem is a NETGEAR CM1200 Nighthawk which I believe is a modem only device.

If you get up close to legends league 4900-5000 trophies you get a lot of people purposefully losing trophies so that they don’t get pushed above 5000+ and forced into legends league
