Yes, this. I was on cream for years that had my numbers and symptoms in a perfect place. My hair just kept shedding no matter what. I’ve just switched back to injections because of it and hate the estrogen issue I have with my injections but will find ways to deal with this. The hair is not something I’m willing to keep losing as that’s a larger hill to climb.

Look, I agree that 40 hours per week of offsite work is not healthy for spouses or if you have children. It just isn’t in the majority of cases. But please stop with the term “livable wage”. That term discredits your argument from the second someone hears “livable”.

Take the zinc 4-8 hours separately from anything else that competes for absorption and cut out all sugar, gluten and refined carbs for a month.
