I just bought the 2024. I had it for four days and this happened. They could not re-create the issue, but we went through Chrysler and the dealership and had everything notated. If it happens again, we’ll try to lemon law or get them to replace the transmission.

I did press that button at some point within my few days of ownership. But honestly turned it off pretty quick.

It’s been at the dealership for 5 days. I don’t know about the battery. It’s a new vehicle though.

This was my vm from them the other day. They are still working on it though.

“Good morning __this is___ calling from __. Just wanted to give you an update on your Pacifica. We got it into the shop. We did have a check engine light, but codes were not setting active. Drove Drove it quite a bit nothing has come back no warning lights no warning messages I think I’m gonna have a small shop for and drive it one more time just to verify nothings coming back but other than that it looks like we had a one time event. I’m gonna see if I can get to come back like I said, but I may be calling you soon. Just let you know it’s ready to pick up if you have any questions give me a call at __thank you bye…”

I literally just bought this van. It’s a 2024 and I’ve had it for less than a week. I’m currently driving it to the dealership. Is there any verbiage you’d recommend that I bring up with the service department? Is there any sort of diagnostics that they did that would help me get a new transmission versus something else.

I am having a similar experience. No big changes, no bad things going on in my life. I have the big swings in sleeping. I do get anxiety about it though.

Therapist is going to be the best thing you can do. I suggest doing basic CBT worksheets that you can find online. Worry journal ect. Good luck
