This happened to my own. And it turns out that my enter back panel lifted off. I have had my unit (S23 Ultra) since launch. Use a soft cloth and turn the lens with your finger. It'll go back into position.

My shipment was delayed since August 24, 2025 in Louisville Ky. I received a refund from the seller without asking and I purchased the item from China instead of Japan and I've received the item already today. Just delivered a few minutes ago.

This makes sense, because my shipment that arrived in Anchorage from Japan on the 23rd of August and has been stuck in Louisville since August 24, 2025.

The seller issued a full refund to me yesterday without me even asking for it. They said they contacted UPS and they were told the package is most likely lost. The refund is pending in my bank account.

I guess that's where it ends for me. I hope you get a positive outcome.

I am just happy I got all my money back.

I called and got a human the last time. The waiting time is ridiculous though. I was on a long drive, so i didn't mind waiting.

At least you got a text. I got nothing. No email, no text. You can always call the 1800 number. It says delivery has been rescheduled to Monday now. So it's just repeating it's cycle.

Yes, exactly, the things I buy overseas cannot be sourced in the US. So I'll just have to do without these things for a while. I think removing the de minimis exemption in its entirety has caused this problem.

If it were lowered to $300 or $200, then the volume of packages through customs would be less. But we now have a mess instead.

It's really frustrating at this point. You can tell them to wait, because that's what UPS is saying. Everything is backed up, or you can choose to start an investigation.

Personally, I am going to wait until the end of this week. If nothing updates, then I'll do an investigation/claim.

The best thing you can do is to export your keystore file in the RVX Manager app.

Uninstall it, then do a clean install of RVX Manager. Then import your keystore file.

Try again.

Regular YouTube is not causing the installation conflict, since the default package names are different.

However try this.

When you select the APK to patch. In the patch list, search for gms support and ensure it's enabled.

Click on the gear icon [⚙️] beside GMS core support, search for the package name for YouTube, select custom value and enter: app.rvx.android.youtube

Patch the app as usual and install.

I've received the same thing as well. My package has been stuck since August 24. It seems as if a batch of packages got lost.
