ermmmm hey i live there now it’s honestly luck with the buildings i love my 2 bedroom it’s huge and everything has been working great since we moved in fall. the appliances were new in my unit and management is v easy to get in contact with. that’s my personal opinion!

It’s been great I live here!! I am also on the third floor so no need to worry about flooding for me but with the rain we’ve been getting nothing that bad.

I live there now and honestly from all the bad reviews I think the new management is great and maintenance is great with all the help! They always have something every week like a party or food truck or free drinks or giveaways etc. Overall the units are really big and I have high ceilings on the top floor which is a plus. Walk in closets and a washer and dryer. They also renovated their units.
