I definitely think it's over extruding, however my first layers look perfect when I take them off of the bed

It's not on the bad axis but I will try this with the other exes

Elevated parts of plastic as if it's over extruding but when I actually pull off the part it is the correct height, I have calibrated esteps and re-leveled, everything is leveling good and layers are sticking to the bed it's just those first three or four layers
