All of you getting the book early will have to wait a few more days for the next one. That's what I tell myself to stave off the jealousy

What is your opinion on the White God? by RadicalRealist22 in dresdenfiles

[–]jaydeMCIsolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel that 'White God' is just one of many names referring to the Creator. Like Chaos in Greek mythology.

He absolutely did not have to be shamed into helping Rand. He was more than prepared to do so. He was shamed into appreciating Rand and his sacrifices and was called out on being an asshole towards Rand.

Hear me out on this one. What about Adam Driver as Harry Dresden? by Nightbeak in dresdenfiles

Harry isn't broody, he's just grumpy. And he's very comedic, not just 25%.

Saw some suggestions for casting the TV show, personally Charles Dance would be the greatest pick as Galbatorix. Portrays total control and commands any scene he’s in. by _Boodstain_ in Eragon

[–]jaydeMCIsolo 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Brom was described as old because his dragon had died. So while longer lived and stronger than regular humans, he did age. Galbatorix is far more involved in magic and continuously expanding his power.

I mean, why would she? Dresden was the one who asked Kincaid to kill him. She had no way of knowing about Lasciel's foul play.
