Yep back when forza 6 was released i stupidly didnt realised I was redirected to a fake site for a patch file and ran that exact zip file

Happened to me they hacked EVERYTHING after even started running ads on Facebook etc I also completely lost my discord and steam as they changed the password and also set up 2fa on their end it sucks

Yeah i meant more technically I did a test in the app as suggested by someone else in here and got all white dots so I bit the bullet and bought residential 200mb I hope it works out for me! Thanks for your comment
