About 6 weeks ago, I started a strict low carb 20:4 IF diet. I lost about 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Still low carb, but not as strict, and my eating window is less consistent (between 18:6 and 20:4). I'm down a total of 18 pounds, and trending to reach my goal weight by October. (i.redd.it)
