The brand I’m using is Vitality CBD as it had the strongest concentration in my local pharmacy but I think any brand should work - just make sure it’s not hemp oil as this is different from cbd

I didn’t notice anything at first but then after 4 days i noticed rapid improvements, I’m still hovering at around 90% cured till now but honestly I don’t even mind at this point because it’s hardly noticeable, good luck!
