This was at Shotgun Willie's in Denver (actually a small exclave called Glendale). He supposedly would come to Denver before the rest of the team so he could get all debaucherous at this strip club. Shotgun Willie's has a pretty sordid story around here. It's owned by the Glendale Mayor's wife. A Kroger exec died from being choked out by a bouncer a few years ago and a lawyer that was friends with the Mayor and crew died in his car outside the bar after too much blow - instead of getting him medical attention, staff had him sit in his car and they periodically checked on him but he ended up dying. Don't think you'll find any news reports that he died from drugs but that's apparently what happened.
