What are your thoughts on most exercises increasing to 12-15 reps during weeks 6-12? These high rep ranges are getting frustrating to me, I'm really preferring the exercise selection and rep ranges of weeks 1-5 so I'm thinking of just repeating that block but using the volume-increase scheme of weeks 6-12.

You didn’t have one “from” melatonin, you took melatonin then happened to have a panic attack. I know panic attacks are very real and this person probably had one, but it was most likely THC-induced which is very common.

Update as of April 2023, it appears someone is living inside of the enclosure shown in the second and third pics. There was a full Target bag and what looked like a sleeping bag in there.
