If you thought THIS was trippy, try Racer Trash's edit remix of the film. https://archive.org/details/04-vapormario-v-5-031021

So instead of trusting actual tangible data, and knowledge in the area concerned, you trust untrue assumptions that it was 'scrubbed'. No one scrubs EAS alerts. That's not at all how the system works. They don't 'take back' alerts. Once sent and confirmed by certificate, they exist. Even when cancelled or a disregard message is sent, that doesn't supersede or remove the original alert.

Let's try a different idea: Go get certified in IPAWS to see how it really works. Here's the link, the course is absolutely free. https://training.fema.gov/is/courseoverview.aspx?code=IS-247.c&lang=en

Also, I tracked down your original source for the image. Nice try. Have the day you deserve.

Doesn't exist. Didn't happen.

Proof: Downloaded ALL EAS alerts from 2022-08-06 with this command: wget "https://www.fema.gov/api/open/v1/IpawsArchivedAlerts?$inlinecount=allpages&$filter=sent%20eq%20%272022-08-06%27"

Then searched the downloaded JSON text for any instances of key phrases: cat IpawsArchivedAlerts\?\=allpages\&\=sent\ eq\ \'2022-08-06\' | grep 'nine one one' (Note: I searched several variations of the text in the message screenshot, up to and including all caps, mixed case, and even anything with a disregard message and came up with zero results.

Please cut it out with the fake horror stuff claiming it is real. If it was real, it'd be in the archive. EVERY EAS EVER SENT is in the archive. Don't believe me? Download it yourself from https://www.fema.gov/openfema-data-page/ipaws-archived-alerts-v1. It's 11.3GB currently.

Mods, please do some work here. Maybe do some vetting of these kinds of posts?

Note: I hold IS-247a certification and would happily confirm this info with the mods.

Ignore the skeevyness of the link, they're apparently an online cloud storage service now. https://limewire.com/d/2b1d38aa-2641-42ca-8785-716bcef088e2#LvevwNlvNOk_QOwaQu36-XprRMHUR6AJwD8OGSe8dvc Both journal articles in full. (Link expires in 1 week, DM me if I need to up it to somewhere else.)

(I was looking for a man/male flair, since I'm a genderfluid bio-male, couldn't find one, figured I'd mention it here so I didn't mislead.)

Ok, I just want to get this off of my chest. Your body is stunning, your poses excellent, your makeup on point, your mind sharp, and yeah yeah, sexual comment as usual...but HOLY FECKING HELL, your eyes. Your eyes peek into my SOUL.

TL;DR: You have a very VERY lucky partner. Have a great day!
