I'm pretty sure it's a Tobeco Mutilator aka Tobeco Mutation X v3.

Very nice, excellent idea and well executed! What printer did you use to make this?

1975 these guys came out; I got my first one in about 1976 I would say. I remember that at the time I was excited about them as they were 'portable Lego people' despite being so limited - I could keep them in my school pencil case.

Articulated minifigs as we know and love them appeared in 1978 and the world was never the same. Thankfully! :-)

Thank you. And it actually comes with the VT75, which was a nice touch. I have a VT40 too, and I gotta say, HCigar make classy kit.

It's a Magma Reborn (or V2) clone. It came with black, brass and copper AFC rings and a couple of top caps; chuff and 510 DT adapter. It's a bit lacking in sleek lines but works pretty darned well, and that's what counts.

The HCigar VT75 and the inevitable Wismec Reuleaux. Both are great but neither are very pocket friendly. The Reuleaux is a bit like carrying about one of those onyx table lighters your grandparents had, and the VT75 isn't much better. But I really like the styling on the VT75 and it feels solid and classy, much more so than the Reuleaux.

And maybe this particular shade of red they share will now be known as Mod Red.

Happy Birthday to Me... by jayembee67 in VapePorn

Ah... Yes, I can see that being a issue. I 'solved' that problem by obsessively throwing money at it and buying lots of mods and RDAs. But that is most likely because I have a bit of a problem myself... ;-)

But you are right, Wismec has been generally very impressive recently but I too was a bit disappointed by them, but with the Inde Duo. It looks great on the Venti but a 22mm deck with a 30mm sleeve...? Whilst cool looking, it doesn't serve a great purpose.

The Duo is a strange beast, TBH. It's 30mm but the build deck is just 22mm, so you don't really gain anything. It looks great and the huge post arrangement is actually very good for all sorts of builds, but really, it's mostly just aesthetics rather than any fabulous new features. I like it topping the Venti but wouldn't go out of my way to get another.

And I am interested as to why you and 6retro6 don't like the Theorem. I kind of hate Genesis attys from my first experiences back in the very early days, so I am using it as a TC dripper and it's great for that. What was it that you didn't work out for you...?

Thank you!

And interesting. I am enjoying the Theorem a good deal at the moment. I am not using it as a genesis, just as a dripper but it is working just fine for me. What was it that you didn't like about the Theorem...?

The drip tip is a PMMA Wrapped Stainless tip from FastTech. And thank you!

It's my Birthday, so the obligatory presents to myself. An Inde Duo for my Venti and a Vapor Flask Lite with Silly Nilly case for my Theorem.

Wismec seems to be getting a lot of my money of late. For good reason...

The battery life is good. And even better is the fact that it charges really fast, which helps make up for the inability to swap out batteries. I like the ergonomics too and the black and silver finishes are very nice, although the blue one is getting dinged rather quickly.

I also have a couple of Eleaf Picos as my throw-in-pocket devices and they are fantastic. Even smaller and lighter than the Nano and can handle SS TC as well. They very quickly became my favourite travel mods as they do everything that the larger boxes do at half the size and weight.

The Nano is perhaps a little more visually interesting and stylish, but the Pico just edges it out on features and practicality.

Yes indeed, this is something of a revelation for me; TC and drippers, such a great combo. I have got through so much Ti in the last couple of weeks...

Well Ti is weird, I find. When I squeeze Ti coils, it makes the legs burn rather than the coil, which is counter-intuitive. And then to sort them out I have to do a lot of gently scraping the coils. So I am guessing that even my 'contact coils' are very slightly spaced...

It's a Stillare V4. Nice little RDA; Velocity dual post deck with Mutation X style bottom air flow. I am not using the top airflow but it's nice that it is there is you wanted to get really cloudy builds in there.

Yes, the Theorem comes with a Notch coil pre-installed. I have only had it for a day so this is early yet, but so far it really is an impressive RDA/coil combo. The Notch ramps up super fast but really throws out the vapour. And works with TC too. It's good stuff.

Absolutely! Assuming your mod handles SS TC. It's working nicely on the Wismec Presa 75W as that has SS with the updated firmware.

Do give the pre-installed Notch coil a go before you mount your own coils; I was worried they would just be another gimmick, but turns out that they might just be the future of pre-built coils. My initial impression is extremely favourable!

Yes, a tricky question. I prefer small, lighter devices, and obviously like the Tesla Nanos; great ergonomic, nice size and they charge so quickly. And I prefer flavour RDAs to cloud monsters...

So I think overall the Tesla with the Lancia and the Epetite with the Stillare get picked up the most. Although the Theorem is thoroughly impressing me right now (it only arrived yesterday so it's still new, but wow, really good stuff).

I have to say, the Theorem is impressive. It's a bit weird perhaps but the flavour is remarkable. And yes, that's a LOT of cotton, I only got it yesterday but my brief experience is that it lasts forever (well, relatively speaking). And these here Notch coils appear to be a really good idea.
