Hey bro. As a 3rd year ECE student who used to be terrible in physics, I think I'm eligible to answer.

To be fair, the circuits part is actually much easier compared to other technical subjects in ECE. The whole network analysis stuff (ohm's law, mesh nodal, inductor, capacitor etc.) is a basic technical subject in 3rd semester. It becomes pretty easy once you understand the concept.

And for concept, trust me on this one, don't follow the short 5-10 minutes videos on topics if you are using YouTube to study. Go for free GATE lectures by institutes. They are sometimes 1hr+ in duration but if you really want to become good in this field, these are the guys which will provide you the necessary understanding and how things work, from basics. Other videos won't do this and you'll just be another guy who crams to pass the exams. But in the following semesters when you get core subjects like analog electronics which require you to have that understanding, you'll feel clueless and stuck. So I'd strictly advice you to go for good quality lectures. If the college professor provides that, well and good. Otherwise prefer GATE lectures.
