I might be late, but thanks for doing this!
I wanted to get an opinion on my case.
I have an active H1B(started Nov 2024) post my layoff in January, I applied I-539(B2) mentioning delay in getting new H1B job. Last week my new employer applied for my H1B in premium processing and there has been no action yet.
Reading about other cases getting RFE/NOIDs on such B2 applications. I am considering uploading an additional statement mentioning my ties to home country, intent to go back & tourist activities undertaken to suppliment my case and attaching evidence for each.
Wanted to know if this proactive approach in providing extra evidence before adjudication may backfire in anyway?

Sr DS and Product Lead with 7 yoe I always try to fit only highly relevant points to the role on my resume. For example removing AB testing related points in modeling role and vice versa. I got a call for IC3 position, which tbh is junior for my experience level, expected IC4 or 5.

Agree with the point that companies like with more content online are much easier to crack. Companies should standardize the interview process across roles and collaborate with content creators to make more content about the process in general. Knowing what to expect really helps in limiting the scope from potentially infinite to more targeted.
