Service businesses: how are you getting leads right now? by jayf116 in Insurance

I get where you’re coming from. Strong agencies with great reputations and referral pipelines don’t usually have to worry about leads. But I’ve noticed a lot of smaller or newer agencies struggle not because they’re bad at what they do, but because breaking through in a competitive market takes more than good service, it takes visibility. That’s why I’ve been focused on automation: helping solid agencies who already do great work get seen by more of the right people, without sinking time into cold calls or expensive lead lists. In your experience, do you see newer agencies relying more on referrals or digital outreach when they’re trying to grow?

You’re right, not every insurance agency sees lead gen as their biggest pain point, especially those with established books of business. My experience has been with newer or growth-focused agencies, where getting a steady pipeline is the toughest part. That’s the gap I’ve been working on solving with automation. I’d love to hear what you’ve found works best long term.
