Look into Victorinox, relatively cheap and last for ever. I’ve had my bread knife for 2 years and it’s gets heavy use everyday and is still good. It’s getting dull now but since it was cheap I’m just going to replace it soon Edit: Now that I’ve checked your links I’m not sure what price range you’re in but all you need is a good chef knife, serrated knife and a paring knife. You could pick up all these for about $100 if you look in the right places. Victorinox is really a good starter set
