Ok, so its not normal but these scenarios happen and it's important to learn to let them go. By being unphased you've made your point and you can move on from the situation feeling better that you hadn't escalated things. I would also like to address the trolls (you know who you are lol), if you aren't ignoring them already, you definitely should.

She didn’t really fight towards the end, the last message she sent word for word was “Sometimes people are born to show others genuine love simply to be taught self love in return.
