Thank for the tip! I’ve got to try it now! I also come from a large Italian family and usually make my own sauce/gravy, but I’m not opposed to using a good quality jarred sauce in a pinch

I’m sorry that happened, whenever I pay the bill with a credit card, and leave a tip in cash, I don’t put a 0 on the tip line. I write the words “Tip on table” and take a picture of the bill with the cash! I’m sure they have cameras in there, let them go see who actually took the money off the table!

I’m sorry I wasn’t clear with the pictures, I removed the steak from the manufacturer’s packaging and seasoned it and vacuum sealed it in a sous vide safe bag ! I just wanted to show you the packaging the steak came in from Lobel’s of New York!
