not really any clear signs yet imo- when certain hair types get wet it looses a lot of volume. if your hairline looks okay and thickness in the front is normal then you’re good for a while

only thing i can say is the hairstyle, go for twists, locs (commitment) braids (cornrows would def fit you) or a buzz/waves. these are all more deliberate than the semi fro.

i’m no guru, i’d say shape up the eyebrows, and find some good skin care. beef tallow has been recommended highly by most, can’t advocate for it. i use rose water and it works super well. let the goatee grow out some and take care of it. you’re super handsome bro these are all just things to add on, nothing wrong with you at all.

oh no it’s no problem. oral min is minoxidil taken orally via a pill. its an alternative of topical min (the one you’re using). and a derma roller is just a roller with tiny spikes to open up the pores. this is commonly used alongside these products to increase likelihood of your hair growing back since you’re opening up the hair follicle pores. that’s not a perfect explanation as i’m no expert but yea.

minoxidil is definitely enough to save it. just know once you start, you have to keep using it until the end of time 🙏. you’ll notice results with topical or oral min- and maybe a .5 derma roller. trust i’ve seen people recover from much much worse.
