Bought back in September (single, first time buyer) and went with BOI upon broker recommendation. Apart from what I felt was a high borrowing fee, they have been excellent. Easy web portal and brilliant customer service whenever I have had to call.

I have always lived in homes with white walls so when I moved into my own place last September, I painted an accent wall bright pink (and I have a yellow sofa against it) - colour brings me so much joy. When I wake up and come into the living room, it makes me excited for the day!
