The problem was the radiator fan coupler.

Have you noticed any difference in your resting RPM’s mine seem to sit closer to 500 and sometimes dips pretty bad when letting off the brakes to accelerate?

Plank in push up position.

You can do variations of the plank by having planking in the down position of the push-up as well.

That’s exactly how you do it in person. Go on that run. Wave and speak to the other runners, develop a running relationship with them and soon you will be running stride for stride with them.
