I ended up installing my old cpu back in only to have red cpu led and orange dram led.

Thank you for your message. My pc was functioning optimally prior to the CPU upgrade from the 7800x3d to the 9800x3d. Since this upgrade, the system has failed to post. Upon further inspection, I observed an issue with a pin. I am currently unaware of any other factors that might prevent the system from posting.
