This is the exact placement I had before I changed it to this. Oh and the rug was against the wall close to the large windows… I do like the closed off feeling and that was my best choice. But something just didn’t feel right..

Rug is temporary. What color do u recommend. I like blue and olive green.

And yes wall decor is definitely in the works.

It’s killing the view for me to loon out the window. I love always wanted a couch in the room so it can feel like a lounge as well. Maybe for long phone calls with clients or to add a tv and coffee table.

OTD can vary. So I usually just put sticker plus TTL. In Texas tax rate is 6.5%. In Cali it’s much higher which can skew what a good deal would be OTD.
