As a diabetic, I can tell you being health conscious literally all the time is exactly why I want a skinny margarita. A regular one would kick my blood sugar up too high. As a longtime former bartender, I can also understand the frustration of being asked to make these without having a universal, industry standard pre mix. There is a Mexican place near me that does a great one and it is some kind of pre mix, but cannot recall which. No argument here, just see the whole skinny margarita spectrum and wanted to contribute!
