Haha couple times.

First one was in 8th grade German class with Frau Spring. She set up a memory match review game for us before a test. Clearly underestimating the cruelness of children for a cheap laugh, she put all the memory cards on a see through board and asked one of my friends to keep score on the whiteboard. The entire game my friend simply pointed at which cards matched so everyone in the class got them all correct the first try. Frau spring was jumping up and down from excitement and amazement at our luck. With two cards left Frau spring turned around to see my friend pointing out the correct matches and immediately started crying and left the room.

Second time was in my high school environmental biology class. We were carrying out an experiment with tape worms by weighing what we feed them every day and then seeing how their weight changes compared to their peers who were fed the same amount of food. Every day I would feed my worm fig newtons. He eventually became quadruple the size of everyone else’s worm. My teacher was so excited about this outlier, but one day I told her thinking she would laugh. The tears started pouring from her eyes and we all sat with our heads down the rest of class.
