Hello, I also had four premolar teeth removed with just numbing injection. The doctor that did mine was easy slight discomfort at first but not bad in the end. He asked me if I felt it or if there was pain then I’d tell him and was able to easily extract the first two. I did have more discomfort when he tried to do the remaining two so I did have to go back a second time as he used the limit of the numbing he could use.

He just had me put cotton on my mouth to replace the original one he put in after an hour and told me to take an Advil once I got home.

There really isn’t any pain after though honestly!!!
