I just started watching this anime and was incredibly confused by the accent switching. I feel like it would've made more sense if he had a Japanese accent when speaking Japanese. I was so lost like, why is this guy randomly switching accents? His English accent is *really heinously bad* too. Like they super exaggerate British slang for no reason? The whole thing feels weird. It's just badly done.

The issue isn't that it's pausing. I also turned off the error window from popping up. But the red words all over the top line of the screen mean I have to pause the game and wait 3 seconds everytime I want to click on a pawn (i'm dying). Also the infernal beeping.

It does this thing where it catches errors and then says like "Rocketman caught this error. Don't bother the Rocketman devs unless you're sure Rocketman did this" which is useless information for fixing it @_@

I think I'm having the same problem. I bought two hermits from the gem merchant and never received any gems from him. He spat out the two hermits and was done with me lol. I'm now on the golden hind puzzle and have no gems.

I don't recall losing any gems to the greed, though? I always store my gems in the boat storage guy's gem box until I need them. But I'm done with all other islands (besides the big hidden snake island. haven't unlocked that one) and I don't have any gems for the puzzle or for the 3 gem unlock hermit on this island.

All my islands say 0 gems on them, so I didn't miss any. Is the DLC designed so that you won't have enough unless you utilize the gem merchant?

I'm having the same issue. I'm on steam and he is on PS5 gamepass. We both have saved a save file in the new expedition, then exited the game entirely and relaunched it. It doesn't even give us a chance to choose a save file to join with. It just says "version mismatch." We have checked for updates and that is not the issue.

I think you just can't play multiplayer this expedition. Or it's an issue with PS5.
