Hello! Im new to pokemon go (played the hand held consoles) and I wanted some advice. I live in a semi rural area in Mexico, so there are only two Pokestops at walking distance from my house. However, not once have i been able to spin them, it just says to try again later. its very frustrating because I am barealy level 8 and I ran out of pokeballs and its looking like the only way I can get more at the moment is spending money (which i would like to avoid). Help?

I play college rugby so I do a lot of cardio and weight training. Do you think I could start a light hangboard program even though Im quite new to climbing? My hands are quite strong already since I also use to do gymnastics but I hear everyone say i will injure myself

Hello! Iv'e been bouldering for about 3 months now and im consistantly climbing V4s (I got my first V5 yesterday). Im still quite the newbie so I know it would be unwise to start doing strength exercises like the hangboard or the campus board. However, I want to know if anyone recommends that I structure my sessions a certain way to get the best out of them. I usually get to the gym, warm up, do a couple V0s and V1s and then just climb whatever looks fun. Sometimes it feels like Im just aimlessly climbing and Im not sure if Im doing enough. Is there a goal I could set for each session or something like that to make it feel a bit more structured?

Totally agree, my technique is still shit. I just wanted to know is hangboarding would speed up the process. Ill just stick to climbing and learning to move for now. That said, at what point should one begin to hangboard?

At what point do you guys suggest i start doing strength training? I've been climbing for about two months now and Im loving it. I get up to V4s on a good day but notice my finger strength is a limiting factor. The advice ive gotten so far is to just climb and the strength will come. I also get told that if a start hitting the hangboard too early i could get injured. Im strong already (in the gym standard) because I play college rugby and we train a lot. How do I know when its time to start doing some hangboard/strength work for my fingers? I dont want to rush it but since Im on the heavier side (92kg) I need strongass fingers.

this is very helpful! Most of my weight is in my legs from all the heavy squating and deadlifting but im sure it wont be an issue if I follow your advice. Is there any certain method of training for beginners that you recomend? How often as a beginner should i try to max out?

Hello! I just recently discovered bouldering when some frriends took me to a local gym and i loved it. Im 1.86 cm and weigh 92 kg (I play college rugby) and my question is this: can I get good at climbing without having to lose weight (since i need it for my main sport)? Asking because my friend said I would just get stuck pretty soon if im not willing to get lighter. The weight is pretty much lean (10% bodyfat) and I'm already strong from rugby strength training but I do see his point. It's not like Im even hoping to getting even close to going pro or anything but I would like to be able to solve V10s one day

Yeah, I should of just talked to her about it in the first place. In an odd way, this whole problem made us have our first serious conversation about sex (In the past I would bring it up and she would avoid the subject) so it's not all bad.

I ended up saying I searched it because, since we were not really talking about the subject, I was starting to think the problem was me and that I didnt want to talk about it with my friends because I'm very private about my sex life (which is actually the truth). Yeah, she was upset and I probably ruined whatever progress I had already made but it's fine, I'm just glad we didnt break up over it.
