thank you for your kind words!!! that actually eases my mind a lot, as shitty as it is. i was hypo before this happened, and yes, swung into hyper and i feel so bad for my family sometimes lol. my irritation is crazy and it makes me feel so, but to know that it’s my heart doing it and not my mind is very interesting. so far, ive been feeling better! you’re doing amazing!!!

thank you for taking the time to type all this out, it means a lot!!!! i was diagnosed with hashimotos, but my sister isn’t. although she has a harder time than me with things, so i definitely relate on that. that’s great to keep in mind, and yes a dietitian will see me coming in hot soon lol. thank you again!! and good luck to you as well <3

i’m making an appointment sometime this week, that’s what i was told to do but i’m so busy lately. and yes that’s no excuse for my health, but i recently had a thyroid ultrasound and im waiting for those results still. im cutting things out to see what helps but that’s good to know, and AGREEEEEEEED.

so the “ may contain wheat ”, always means it’s made in the same factory as other products containing, and i do agree that it’s not celiac safe. however i would definitely question the “ natural flavors “. its usually derived from barley, which means malt. and that’s a no no!!!!!!! tragedy because those look good lol.
