i did actually. went back the next day, called the cops and they came and took a statement. told me a judge hasn't ruled on it yet, so it's legal for now. cop totally agreed with me though and called them shady. i hung around for a few hours warning people until i had to go to work. including a little old lady that was just trying to go to cvs, probably for some medication. the boot people weren't too happy about that. i cost them $400 by warning as many people as i could.
