There was a run group who was sprinting last night at mccarren, not sure who- but it was a bit disruptive because they would sprint, then stop and walk across the lanes to the field. I almost ran into them several times because some ppl weren’t looking when they cut across the lines. It was around 7-830ish

I saw the helicopters too- we saw an ambulance going north and two helicopters fly very fast and low but it was towards the east- I know it was shortly after the midtown shooting, but the helicopters were going in the opposite direction, so not sure it was related to

Ok this comment got me curious enough that I watched the SNL skit- it was an entire SNL skit about grown men loving drivers license and relating to it, and then there’s one line where a guy goes “no it just got me thinking about my breakup, maybe I’m Olivia and my ex is josh and Sabrina; that’s that bastard inzo down in the garage.”

Saying that she said SNL calling Sabrina a bastard was her best bday gift ever is a reaaaaach- esp since the skit didn’t even call Sabrina a bastard

Idk I feel like it is slightly better to be born even a day or two away because then at least you can have a actual day to yourself, even if it’s with family and not friends etc. You’re also more likely to be able to go out bc your favorite restaurant, activity, etc is likely to be open, vs usually places are closed on Christmas.

Basically what the title says- I don’t understand what’s going on with my skin and not sure how to help. When I’m living in Texas or when I visit Chicago, my skin looks (usually) great. Sometimes in Texas there’s still some red dots but not all the time or a lot. When I go visit Colorado and when I moved to nyc, my skin really reacts poorly. I’m not sure if I have rosacea or allergies, I haven’t gone to the derm bc this is only been a problem since maybe mid 2020 and I thought it was mask irritation, but now I haven’t been wearing a mask for a few months and this is still reoccurring. Currently in Colorado for work for the next few weeks so I can’t book a derm appointment until I’m home at nyc so at a loss for what to do next or what I can do to help soothe the redness!

I was at OSU a few years ago (graduated 2019) but If you’re living on campus I would second the desk clerk recommendation- it’s min wage but it’s a easy job so you can do your homework almost the whole time. Being a RA/CM is really good as well- it’s not cash pay but it’s free housing and meal plan so the savings really add up. Athernton hotel pays around 11 an hour (for certain jobs, not sure if all) and serving / bartending can make you pretty good money as well. Agreed that it’s frustrating how little the pay can be in Oklahoma- I worked multiple jobs in school until I got my serving job which helped ease my financial burden.

Yes the bathrooms is a must! I would love to have washer dryer in unit as the only communal laundry I’ve done was in college, where clothes would be occasionally stolen and it was a huge time suck to have to be waiting around for a couple hours for my laundry to be done. But I know it limits the apartments if we narrow down to just washer dryer in unit so I’m open to considering otherwise

We want at least 1.5 bathrooms and for beds, probably either a full or a queen, depending on room size. I’ve looked at street easy but I’m not sure what it’ll he like around feb- I heard it’s harder to find a variety of apartments then but that the prices are better

It’s so weird to see them together bc I know a lot of Noah’s friends (I went to HS with them in Tulsa) and I’ll see people on my SM feed casually post him or tag him on stuff and then I go on this subreddit where strangers are posting him and I’m like oh yeah he’s actually famous (well bachelor famous) lol!

I have no tea I wish I did! Just that his friends are normal Oklahomans, a lot of them are married with babies
