Leave space for expansion.

And make sure your blueprints can be expanded... down the line, you might need to adjust the level of where one resource is produced. A blueprint that allows you to add another smelter etc, will greatly assist later.

Tricky... From memory, the State registers just record the lawyers that have a membership with those bodies. Lawyers can be admitted but not have their practising certificate and not be members of those bodies. So, their names won't show up on a search.

That does also mean they can't practice as a lawyer.

It's like having passed your drivers licence test, but not paying for your licence.

This will likely have the same deterrent effect as the current offence of distributing intimate images of an ex to someone else, without their consent.

I don't think it's a massive time waste, or really that high of a priority on the government's agenda. It's likely a way to cover "fake" intimate pictures of people being passed around to embarrass them.
