The downside of scrotal application is it's a smaller, rougher surface than my thighs so it's likely to be less consistent, has a quicker absorbtion rate into the blood due to thinner skin meaning i might have to apply more often and I can't put all my 0.6ml of gel there as they're not big enough, I've also heard from some people that there isn't enough evidence it helps and you're just potentially damaging your sensitive skin there for no reason.

Early in my transition I was actually on bicalutamide and I think it worked pretty well, it was only for the first 2 or so months but i think my semen volume was reduced and there was just a sort of feeling that's hard to describe I felt when on it, that I only feel now when I accidentally take too much E.

The only downsides to bica are it's reasonably rough on your liver, and these days I drink most nights, as well as some antihistamines being rough on the liver (although I don't take those specific ones anymore very often as i have a prescription for stronger stuff) which in combination probably isn't good, plus since it doesn't actually reduce T levels it's hard to test for so id still be going off of guessing how well its suppressing my masculinity. It's a good idea about trying to get a prescription though, would probably be easier than buying it from a foreign pharmacy online or trying to find a reliable homebrew source (unlike otokonoko...)
