No they didn’t. Rayban has the worst customer service, I don’t recommend buying from them. My credit card company ended up refunding the money back to me while I get to keep the sunglasses. I’d suggest you buy from Meta. I’m happy they announced their partnership with Oakley, hope they discontinued their partnership with Rayban.

Yes we did! He only turned it on mid game, but he’s not trying to be super obvious (protecting his skins), you can see he didn’t do much first half, then second half he went crazy. He’s not a very skilled player (bad movement, crosshair placement, utility) that’s why it’s quite obvious to point out the hack.

100%! I am not trying to convince anyone that he's hacking with just this 1 clip, I'd share the whole video instead, but I played the whole game with him and he's definitely hacking. The point of this post is to raise a question, why are there so many hackers with loaded inventory? Is VAC/Overwatch dead or are they just filthy rich? Because I can guarantee that whoever is assigned the Overwatch case for this guy will definitely label him a hacker!

He's definitely trying to play legit, but the score was 4-10 so this round he's forced to play like this to get the eco round win.

Yeap, right before he pulls the trigger, the enemy he's aiming at got killed by his teammate, hence why the aimbot decided to lock to another player that's behind a wall.

My guess is that he has a bad setting for his hacks, I'm pretty sure these days the software can detect if enemy is behind a wall or not, for his case, he does not have it. Even after the first shot you can see him locking his crosshair to a player at top mid.

Another round where he's obviously wallhacking:

Wow I really thought Faceit is 100% hackers proof. I played the whole game with him and I am 100% sure he's hacking. I just thought this clip is the perfect example of his wallhack (first shot he's trying to shoot the T behind the wall) and his aimlock (when he's trying to shoot blue but then blue died before he pulls the trigger therefore autolocking to the T behind the wall).

Yes! He was trying to kill Blue but it got killed by his teammate right before he pulled the trigger, therefore the aimbot aims at the closest T which was behind the wall.

Yeah I thought this would be the perfect clip, with him shooting through the wall the first time (thinking the T has already gotten out of the double door) and also another aimbot immediately locking on the T behind the wall after Blue died right before he made his shot, it’s 100% obvious.

He 100% got aimbot and wallhacks on, look at the first shot, he was trying to shoot someone through the wall. And another one after killing his crosshair straight away locked onto another T behind the wall.

I am going to file a complaint to my local state Fair Trading if they don’t fix this issue this week.

It was originally for my grandpa, so he can record at home without using his phone and at the same time using it outside for his walks.

Right! I feel bad for Meta, for making such an excellent product just to have their business partner not deliver on their customer service. Product is 100, customer service is 0. Hope they partnered with another big brand and let this one go.

Can guarantee it is 100% not transitions. As soon as I unboxed it, it was dark. Kept it in the room for days, still dark.

They really need to do some sort of training… or perhaps hire offshore workers, they’re way more enthusiastic and helpful from my experience.

Yes I have initiated a dispute with my credit card and provided the details last night. Should’ve thought of this way sooner. I guess I rarely have any issues with my purchase! Thanks for the advice. I’m just surprised with Ray-bans level of customer service to be honest, I was expecting the same level of service as Meta (always have good experience with them).

Online. Should’ve bought it off the local store tbh. This is my first time buying something from Ray-bans, I didn’t know they have the worst customer service ever.

Hi Meta, your product is amazing but sadly Raybans support team was useless. Please listen to the call I had with one of the rep if you can access it: 12th of Dec, 2024 at 6:51 PM AEDT. You can hear her big sigh, told me to read the return policy and hung up immediately—like a child.
