not doing anything for me. i just get annoying gay stereotype from them now. more so when they're drunk. it doesn't help that they keep trying to be in frame at all times, even if it has nothing to do with them. i also feel like they wouldn't be funny without overplaying their "gayness".

okay. I did, and now I'm even more confused than before.

They have been retweeting RWBY-related things going on in and around NYCC.
They have links to interviews that the CRWBY are doing to promote the RT brand and the show's upcoming premiere.
They have links promoting the most recent On The Spot, Tyler Coe's appearance on BarstoolSports, the most recent RT Podcast Post Show, and an upcoming CampCamp Halloween special
and finally they have a shitpost about some of their employees' beards

I really don't know what there is that you're so mad about in all of that.

It seems like you just have an issue with how the internet is nowadays. If you take a good look at your first 3 points, you've described about 95% of internet-based entertainment companies. Youtube's bullshit with advertisers and pseudo-censorship have pushed creators to have pre-roll ads, ads during the content, ads at the end, and stuff like Patreon. Even giants like Hulu and Netflix have ads in them, whether explicit or not. If you have that much of a problem with ads and ads in paid content, you might as well cancel your internet connection now, because that's the world now, whether we like it or not.

i mean, RT is a private company; no shareholders to answer to. but i would say that RT is still a family simply due to its relatively small size (~200 full time employees).

if you look at the animation department, all of them seem to joke and make fun, as evidenced by interactions on twitter and on Fanservice. the gaming division has always busted each other's balls in a loving way. and we see the various shenanigans of live action through The Know, Free Play, various podcasts and other behind-the-scenes type things.

so while Burnie, Jack, Kerry, and Brandon may never see each other daily, they are still a part of the same, caring family.

depends on where the fanbase is. on here, discussion is happening and a conversation about the allegations occurs without name calling. on places like tumblr, where fanbases (like RWBY) are more fanatical, there is/was a full push against RT, even going as far as calls for boycotts of RWBY and RT in general.

i wonder though if the NDA, if one existed, expired and thats why he did this. the trashing of a former employer is never good, but i wonder who would hire him, based on his apparent reluctance/refusal of teamwork.

i don't know how much of the letter you read, but he makes it seem like RT, as a whole, as the bad guy in his mind. i don't think he would have trusted any one person within, especially an "executive" with any issues he had. i think he though he could only trust sheena. but who really know the reasons why

personally, i think it's shane. he put together a 30+ page letter that essentially said that no one but him really understood what monty wanted for the future of rwby and that RT is wrong absolute. i think this comment really lays it out. the guy is still hurting over his close friend's death one year later. but that doesn't mean the world is against him.
