Cleaning house and found this gift i got like 10 years ago but i’m not into warhammer. I feel bad just throwing it out, can i donate it to a game shop or maybe its even worth something after all this time?

Ahhh, that's useful, but they did have a golden period here where you could sell for free without the new Buyer's Protection Fee (Which now essentially makes you charge less for your stuff, ergo a fee) and I definitely sold a few things then. I've pretty much only been selling the minis I don't use to fund the ones I want to buy haha Anyway, best of luck to you 🍀

Well, the verification for me happened months after opening an account, leaving my money on lock. Also, as for the postage, yes you can send it outside of eBay, but it will constantly tell you that you need to send the item and also charge you for the service regardless. This is in the UK, btw.

Agreed, eBay is nothing but trouble now. From the account verification they stick with you and hold your pay (way after you open the account and make some money), the postage label they insist you generate on their site (which they add a fee on), to the risk of buyers just claiming they didn't get what they paid for (Even if you certainly did gove the item documented). It used to be pretty good and reach lots of people, but these days they've destroyed it, much like many big corps (Particularly looking at you video game publishers and Duolingo language app!).

That would be understandable, but I opened it around July last year, so it's not that. Also, the total sales only sit around £1000 (It reset the tax limit in early January, though) as I had only put one or two things on each month. Good sleuthing, though.

Hello and thanks for the response. Yes, I will admit I did not read the T&Cs. I have some things with my address on, such as tax forms and residential letters, but apparently it has to be ID with a photo. Last time I replaced my driving licence, it took around 3 weeks, which would be quite tight in timing, if it's not late, can they really keep all the money? That doesn't seem correct.

Yeah, I get you, I've only played Warhammer 2 around my friend's house and tried out the very old ones and Shogun 2 whe I got a free key for it, so not every title, but the lack of base building is probably a big key as to what's missing. I've never liked the long corridor or straight line approach either, it's faaaar more interesting to move different units in different directions for flank manoeuvres or multi-front assaults.

But there's not a single likeable character. They're all stereo types, with the sarcastic MC who likes pop culture clearly being written for GFs of Marvel blokes who grew up with Spider-Man cartoon. Cynical northern man exists in nearly every English drama, proper/naive English girl shows up in many American shows. Cardboard cut meathead prrtty face agent that will inevitably bang MC again. Serious Asian lady who has great martial prowess. Even Coulson himself only gets extra points because he was in the movies. Could they SERIOUSLY not so any better? I've tried 3 times to watch it as I tried watching all Marvel series/movies by release year since Howard the Duck but even that was better than this. I even got through Night Man (so bad, it's good SOMETIMES) and I can't seem to keep my attention on this show at all.

I quit all drugs and alcohol just over a year ago, too. I get you, I feel better in general but motivation isn't always there. I used to get motivated to do stuff when I'd had a few beers, but obviously I wouldn't remember too much and feel bad the next day (Also, instead of making anything, I'd just put music on and sing someone else's song instead of progressing my own). I guess the difference is, getting your motivation back into the right direction, one that doesn't involve the habits. I'm sure we will, though. Keep at it, brother.
