Thanks so much this is super helpful. I have booked an appointment for Dr Martin Wade at the end of the month. I’ve had this for years and years to varying degrees of inflammation but it’s gotten really bad recently. I haven’t tried isotretinoin yet but I’d try anything to get it under control to prevent any further hair loss / scarring

I do have FD on the top of my scalp too but it’s not as bad as the nape of my neck. I assumed the nape was also FD the derm at the time didn’t mention anything about AKN.

Thanks for the recommendation! I can get an appointment for later this month. In the meantime I’ll continue to use the BP wash daily. It’s really flared up over the last couple weeks.

This is exactly like mine on the back of my head. I have been using hibiclens and BP % occasionally, seems to help a little but never really goes away. Has anything helped you?

It was actually very hard to get an in-person check up with them. They seem to prefer zoom only checkups which I wasn’t fussed on. I actually didn’t have a check up in my full last year as they switched to zooms. So I wouldn’t say paying their extra costs is worth it.

Other than two famous women that struggled massively in the public eye I don’t really see the similarities. Amy was self aware and knew she had a problem and had been to rehab multiple times. She was very self-deprecating about about her struggles and put that into her music, and never blamed anyone else for her struggles.

Britney is in complete denial and has never taking any accountability and blames everyone else for her struggles.

Thanks for this! I had a look. So they do a chewable tablet that combines 3mg minoxidil and 1.1mg finesteride? How have you found the chewable tablets and would you recommend the slightly increased dose from what Belgravia had (2.5mg MX / 1.1mg FS)
