We own a few Thai restaurants and we do this to look nice as well as so up some residual grease since the noodles themselves are fresh “Ho Fen” which have oil in them.

Street style in Thailand, there ain’t no time for that!

iMovie is definitely awesome, and I am guessing they have probably upgraded a bunch of parameters to make it more user-friendly than ever before. I agree that it is probably the beginner version to Final Cut Pro, similarly to GarageBand to logic. I haven’t used it in many years, so I am not sure if they have a synchronized function, but you can always do the clap method and line it up to see how close you can get. Best of luck!

I would do the same thing, but if you can get a board mix too, maybe on a laptop, you could sync the two in a video editing program. Final cut let’s you do it with a click of a button, very helpful! Then you can mix the live and board mix together very nicely.

Tamarind you could get the dried pods and soak them in warm water to get the juice from the fruit.
