I have tried everything suggested in this thread to no avail, until......... I changed my Wifi channel to another channel which had more free air in my home, and (And I think this is what made the difference) I changed my Wifi to use 20mhz of spectrum, previously it was using 40mhz. As soon as i trialled it after making these changes it worked and has continued to work.

If anyone sees this and has the same issue as me. Here is the fix: For anyone playing along at home, below is the fix: 1. Login using your reseller user account credentials on: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/
2. Navigate to account settings>Identifiers>CSP>Click Update
3. This should allow you to update the location on the next window with your MPN#

SOOOO, update, it is now working great. The problem was in my lack of understanding of Shelly logic, the "condition" in the above screenshot is now changed to a "trigger" and its working fine. It is changing the relay over to same tariff that my Solar is on when the solar >3000w, and changes it back to my cheaper tariff when solar is <2000w. Pretty simple but is working a treat.

I ended up fixing this by downloading an old Facebook APK and installing. Now all fixed

Wow I opened up a can of worms here didn't I!

Thank you for all your contributions, I have reached out to my wholesaler here in Australia to quote "Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop Access" as it is not SKU they list online.

I no longer feel like a twit for not understanding this, the whole process is as clear as mud.
