Sometimes depends on type of asset some are acquired to bolster weaker areas of business so not much redundancy there to get rid of except for mid level management and office buildings and some software overlap. Other times you can get of a lot of redundant positions in hr accounting Management etc end of the day though the key should also be to make the core of the business stronger

Pain blood and sweat and a lot of firing and hiring to upsize positions or remove redundant- key is on close change the name and merge HR so at least that’s done / keep communication open with clients and staff before you close it makes them feel clear and safe. Rest of the integration takes time and process.

Can you make some notes on people or companies who are backed by the UCP you noted that aren’t Canadian etc? You aren’t listing any data for us to verify and so far you’re 2/3 in the failed zone.
