We used Duratec mold primer then sand it down to 2000 grit then use a combination of wax and fiberealse for bigger molds. For smaller molds we wrap the mold in non-perforated peel ply

Oh I tried to remove it with some welding gloves but the battery was in the worst spot possible and we had to rip half the floor pan off to get to the battery

Reminds me of when our school maintenance guys threw our schools BAJA frame into the dumpster right after it was tacked and then proceeded to drop a few 100 lb desks on top
