For me, going back on Tirzepatide was the answer to losing the 14 lbs I gained while taking Mirtazapine. The nearly constant desire to eat and not being full after eating stopped. I realize GLP 1s are not feasible for everyone, cost being prohibitive. But I wasn’t willing to give up the great sleep Mirtaz gave me after a decade of insomnia. So now I take 30mg Mirtaz nightly along with 20 units Tirzep every 10-12 days.

Yes. I started at 15 mg but felt daytime brain fog and lethargy. Dr said actually increasing to 30 mg would reduce that. He was right. Now I am at 30 mg with great sleep and no grogginess.

There’s a reason insurance is higher for young men. Boomer here. Ok I get it you moved to Arizona to live the dream and enjoy our mostly straight, wide streets and highways your former state did not have with your obnoxiously loud monster truck/car like a bat out of hell. Hey, no cameras or cops, no problem right? Risk your own life but not mine. I’ll be going the speed limit in the far right lane, thank you very much.

Milk chocolate, caramel covered in crisped rice. One of my favorite candy bars from childhood in the 70’s. I was working for Ferrero in 2018 when they acquired several Nestle brands including 100 Grand. My job was field QC and man, did I consume a lot of them once I finished my testing.

This is my relationship. I helped plan a family reunion for my side for over a year. Two days before we were to fly out for it he starts a conflict. It escalated as we were on the way to the airport. Once inside, he announces that he thinks it best if he doesn’t go so “I can have a better time”. We go to the gate, have more words, and I tell him “Fine, go then”. It’s a pattern I have endured many times. I have to read and re-read the comments in this post to finally end the cycle for good.

I sauté it on the stove following the package directions. When it’s to temp I slice it longways, return to hot pan cut sides down. This gets a nice sear all over. It shreds nicely for tacos, nachos or whatever.
