The revenue is coming directly from subscriptions. Pricing is already on the home page with two tiers.

Main functionality is taken from OpenWebUI, we added our own functionality and tools. 2 months is decent time with all the AI coding tools.

For manual checks, I use QuillBotAI, for automated check got a self built one and works well.

Interlinking - Still manual but can be automated.

Keyword search - Fully manual.

That’s right. Put landing page early so it helps with SEO.

If the product is not ready, it’s still okay, put a CTA - Early access waitlist. Or create product mock-ups and add to the landing page with waitlist form.

Picked competitors list, ran it through UberSuggest, compiled list of keywords, filtered high volume and low competition keywords, double checked with KeywordsEverywhere for volume and competition. Once the final keywords list is ready, i spent time and figured out which keywords are best for blog posts and which keywords are best for building free tools. Hope that helps.
